AREA 7 AQUATICS COMPETITION

Saturday, August 16, 2014 

SITE:  YMCA Aquatics Center, 8422 International Drive, Orlando, 32815

TIME:  Warm up – 9:00 – 9:20; all competition starts at 9:30

Events Offered:  Teaching Pool – Floatation events, etc.; Diving Well – Lead up Events and 25 Meter Events; Competition Pool – all regular events 50 meters and up.

 

Reminders:

• All athletes must have current medicals to participate and must have county scores entered in GMS for Area Aquatics
• Coaches are responsible for the health and wellbeing of the athletes during the event
• No lunch will be provided for this event.  Please plan accordingly.
• Coaches should be actively involved to help with the staging for the athletes to help competition run smoothly
• There will be stroke and turn judges for all races
• Awards will be written and put in the county baskets, we will have presentation of awards on request
